Hot Italian Sausage Kit

HuntChef Hot Italian Sausage Mix is made with the perfect blend of seasonings that gives it a little kick with a savory flavor. It is great for wild game or any other ground meat. Our sausage kits are great for hunters or home cooks looking to make sausage links or fresh sausage patties from venison, pork, and more!

DIRECTIONS: Add 1 packet of seasoning and 4 oz. of water to 5 lbs. of ground meat and mix well. Enjoy as patties or cased and smoked to an internal temperature of 155°F. 

FLAVOR: Bold, savory, and spicy -- but not overly hot. 

INGREDIENTS: Salt, paprika, spices, sugar, 2.9% MSG, 1.54% mustard, flavorings, and < 2% tricalcium phosphate.
